Your ticket activates the moment you first scan it at the zoo entrance. The 4-hour pass runs for exactly 4 hours from that first scan; the 24-hour pass runs for 24 hours from that same point.

The $100 Family Pass is designed for a group visiting together. For exact headcount limits per family ticket, check the booking page or contact us directly before purchasing.
